The South received the Civil War. History says which the North earned but in my opinion that is not true. The North won the fighting but you may be wondering what were they fighting for? They were preventing to end slavery. They did not achieve this goal. Yes, slavery was legitimately abolished nonetheless it started right back up again in other varieties. First there was clearly sharecropping. Than Confederate military took business office. That only built matters worse. Then as soon as they took office they managed to pass Sean Crow regulations and Black Codes. The South certainly won the Civil Battle.
The City War ended in December 1865, and the slaves were free of charge. They wished to be cured as similar citizens whom could have your vote, gain a college degree and live peacefully and equally with all the whites. Many former slaves did not wish to be employed by wages since they would have to do the actual were advised by the white wines. The solution appeared to lay in sharecropping, but that proven wrong. Planting owners broke up their terrain into small pieces where the former slaves could expand their own plants. This was another way to force blacks back into plantations.
After the Detrimental War, Confederate soldiers were allowed to carry office. This kind of allowed Southerners to pass laws that helped end Reconstruction. During Reconstruction African People in america started to include rights that whites experienced, like voting rights. After Confederate troops began to keep office, that they immediately created laws against blacks including Jim Crow laws and Black Rules. Both of these had been similar because they constrained blacks via doing prevalent things like voting and having jobs.
